Front chamber is designed into parallel moving type, it can open and close smoothly. And the chambers can close very tight through hydrolic, it is very important for the chamber sealing.
Raw material feeding is executed by two steps, vacuum feeding and blowing feeding. The raw material can be filled in every corner of the chamber very well. The feeding guns are all imported from Korea.
Strong vacuum cooling system can reduce the block cooling cycle time greatly, so the production cycle time can be shortened.

The outfeed racks are equipped with automatic transferring line to drying room as an option. It means that there is no need of manual operation from block shaping to block drying. This saves much labor cost.
There is filter system in the silo of the block molding machine. The dust is filtered out of the chamber, this can avoid the jam of the feeder guns. At the same time, it can avoid the static electricity. More safe during the operation.
